What happens after i’ve bought my ticket?!

You will all be added into a TGR Retreat Group on CLIQ, our Community App, in early May! This will allow you to get to know eachother, ask questions and settle any pre-retreat nerves with us!
You’ll be sent an email asking to confirm any dietary or accessibility requirements, so we can make sure to build the perfect weekend for you!
You’ll also be asked your sizing so we can sort out your Sweaty Betty kit for the weekend…!
You’ll receive the itinerary and all the details you’ll ever need for the weekend ahead of time (late May)
Early June: You’ll be invited to our pre-retreat drinks in London, an opportunity for you to meet the other girls!
1x week before: You’ll be asked to let us know who you’d like to share a room and bed with for the weekend. If no preference is given, you will be randomly allocated
Payment: If you’ve bought your ticket under a payment plan, you will also be told when to pay this too!

Do you offer refunds if i can no longer attend

You will need to inform us by 25th May if you can no longer attend the event. We will then offer the tickets to other customers in a resale, and if sold you will be issued with a full refund. In the event that the ticket does not sell, no refund will be issued.
We will support as much as we can in issuing a refund.
